We ship to all locations worldwide and will happily accomodate any individual needs that you may have. Details of our shipping and returns policies are laid out below.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for all orders over £50. To find that out in your local currency please see xe.com although as a guide it is roughly to $75US or €60.

For orders under that amount, we charge £3.95 for UK orders or £9.99 for any other location.

Shipping Method

We send all items using the Royal Mails, airsure service. Where this is not possible, items are sent using the Royal Mails International signed for service. UK orders are sent using 1st class recorded shipping. If you have any specific requirements we are able to accomodate these needs.

Shipping Times

We aim to ship all items on the day of ordering. If there is any cause for delay, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are unable to process orders over the weekend or during public holidays.

The Royal Mails delivery service aims to reach all destination worldwide within 28 days. (3-5 days UK). All items are tracked and we are able to check where thay are in the event of delay.

Returns Policy

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply contact us and we will do our very best to assist you in every way. We are happy to work with our customers - life is too short for bad feelings!
