Refunds

We understand that anyone may change their mind from time to time and are happy to work with all customers in the event that a refund is requested. Please note that we are unable to make a refund for used items. If you do change your mind about your purchase at any time, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing becky@ultramodgroup.com. If your order has not been shipped, we will refund you immediately. If you have received your goods or they are in transit, we kindly ask that you send the items back to us where we will refund you upon receipt. We will accomodate any reasonable request made under any circumstances.

We operate an open and fair cancellations policy. If you change your mind about a purchase, please inform us as soon as possible. If we have not shipped your product, we will simply refund your money to the credit or debit card or paypal account that you used to purchased the goods or service

If you item has been shipped, you can return your item as per the details on the shipping and returns page.
